Optimise® Self-cleaning hot melts

Optimise makes your production process cleaner, safer and more efficient.

Self-cleaning tanks and free-flowing nozzles, pumps and filters makes maintaining a production line using Optimise® light work. The unique next-generation formula doesn’t carbonise or char like standard hot melts. Non-tainting properties make this range perfect for sealing packaging for food, even tricky foodstuffs such as chocolate, dairy, confectionery, tea and peppermint. Running at a lower temperatures, saving energy and reducing the risk of serious burns when compared to standard hotmelts.

Optimise® F1

Multi-purpose hot melt adhesive.

A high-performance, low consumption hot melt that’s great for bonding cases, trays and for tray-forming. Glues a wide range of paper and cardboard including printed or coated substrates. Suitable for high-volume packagers and formulated for new melt-on-demand systems.

  • Transparent white in colour

Optimise® F2

Low application temperature adhesive

A warm-melt packaging adhesive with reduced application temperature. Designed for high-volume packagers. Great for deep freeze packaging and paper bag production

Optimise® F3

Extra high adhesion

High performance with low consumption. Great at gluing cases, tray forming and carton-closing. Bonds a wide range of paper including printed, coated, varnished, PE coated and plastic coated.
